Terms of service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the tuvi.io website and the Tuvi application (the collaborative design editor). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you use Tuvi on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that organization.

The service

Tuvi provides a browser-based design editor with real-time collaboration, file sharing, commenting, developer hand-off tooling and team libraries. Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page; paid plans are billed per editor seat, monthly or yearly. Personal drafts remain free.

Your content

You retain all rights to design files and other content you create or upload. You grant us only the license required to store, render, back up and transmit that content so the service can function — including showing it to people you explicitly share it with. We claim no ownership and do not use your private files for marketing or model training.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law, upload malware, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' content, resell the service without agreement, or upload content you have no right to use. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.

Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Seat counts follow the number of editors in your team. You can cancel any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period. Yearly plans are billed up front at a 20% discount versus monthly.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and your data safe (including versioned file history and trash retention per plan), but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Support is provided via hello@tuvi.io; Professional and Organization plans receive priority.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. Upon termination you may export your files during the retention window of your plan.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page (date above) and in the changelog at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
