Summary

This website (tuvi.io) collects as little data as technically possible. It sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics scripts. The Tuvi application itself (where you sign in and edit designs) has its own account data practices described below.

What this website collects

  • Nothing by default. Browsing the marketing pages, blog and documentation requires no account and stores no personal data.
  • Contact requests. If you e-mail us at hello@tuvi.io, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you.

What the Tuvi application collects

When you create an account in the Tuvi editor:

  • Account data: e-mail address and authentication credentials. Passwords are never stored in plain text; passkey (WebAuthn) sign-in stores only public keys.
  • Your content: design files you upload or create, comments, team and project structure. Your files belong to you; we process them solely to provide the service.
  • Billing data: paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our infrastructure; we store only the subscription state needed to grant plan features.
  • Operational logs: standard technical logs (IP address, request time) kept for security and debugging, rotated automatically.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent personal data.
  • We do not run advertising trackers or fingerprinting.
  • We do not train machine-learning models on your private design files.

Data retention and deletion

Deleted files go to the trash and are kept according to your plan's retention period (30 days on Starter, 90 days on Professional, custom on Organization), after which they are permanently removed. You can request full account deletion at hello@tuvi.io; we complete verified requests within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and receive a copy of data you provided. Write to hello@tuvi.io to exercise these rights.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and adjust the date above. Material changes affecting application users are additionally announced in the changelog.
